SHIPPING & DELIVERY
DELIVERY COMPANY
WildCape orders are delivered by CourierPost (for more information visit www.courierpost.co.nz).
All orders are shipped Signature Required so if the CourierPost driver calls and no one is available to sign for your delivery they will leave a Card to Call for you to make an alternative arrangement.
SHIPPING TIMES
Orders placed before 10am Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same day.
Orders received after 10am, or on Saturday or Sunday, will be shipped the next working day.
No orders are shipped on weekends or public holidays.
North Island – allow 1 – 2 working days for delivery
South Island – allow 2 – 3 working days for delivery
Rural Addresses – allow 2 – 5 working days for delivery
ORDER TRACKING
Once your delivery has been shipped, we will email you everything you need to know, including a unique Track & Trace number so you can follow the progress of your shipment.
SHIPPING RATES
The charge for shipping anywhere in NZ is NZD$8.00 for any order under $50.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are not completely satisfied with your WildCape Manuka Honey please email us at orders@wildcapehoney.co.nz or call +64 6 927 7126 within 14 days of your purchase and we will happily refund your purchase price.
To assist us with your refund and the return of the items please provide the following information:
- Your contact name and phone number
- Confirmation email including your delivery number
- Delivery docket including your delivery number
- Description of products being returned
- Reason for returning goods
