Perfect way to start the day with a creamy goodness that’s hard to beat. You can use almond milk for a dairy free option and add another half a banana and half cup of almond milk instead of using yoghurt. Freezing the banana first will make a creamier smoothie. LSA is available at most supermarkets and health food stores.
1 banana frozen
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk or milk of your choice
2 tsp WildCape UMF™ Manuka Honey
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp LSA (linseed, sunflower and almond)
½ cup plain unsweetened yogurt
Place all ingredients in the blender and process until smooth. Pour into a glass and drizzle the inside with a little more honey and top with an extra sprinkle of cinnamon.
