The cacao gives this smoothie a delicious chocolate flavour and reminds us of a black forest gateau, but much healthier for you!!
½ frozen banana
¾ cup boysenberries and blueberries
1 cup of coconut water
2 tsp WildCape UMF™ Manuka Honey
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp cacao nibs
Place all ingredients in the blender and process until your desired consistency is reached. If you like a thicker smoothie type bowl then soak the chia seeds in the coconut water the night before. Enjoy.
